The 88 Series Fine Wire Staples are U-shaped fasteners designed for heavy-duty fastening applications. Their U-shaped structure enables deep penetration and firm fastening, suitable for joining various hard materials and boards of different thicknesses.
These staples have a crown width of 13.1 mm, a wire diameter of 1.15 mm and a leg thickness of 0.60 mm, conforming to the 20GA standard. They are available in seven leg length specifications ranging from 6 mm to 22 mm (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm), meeting diverse fastening requirements for thin to thick materials. The wide crown design and proper thickness provide a larger fastening contact area to ensure stable fixing performance.
Each strip contains 100 staples, with 5,000 staples per box. Standard outer carton packaging varies by specification:
6mm & 8mm: 40 boxes per carton
10mm & 13mm: 30 boxes per carton
16mm, 19mm & 22mm: 20 boxes per carton
