The 4J Series Fine Wire Staples are U-shaped fasteners engineered for heavy-duty fastening applications. Their U-shaped structure enables deep penetration and firm clamping performance, suitable for joining various hard materials and panels of different thicknesses.
These staples feature a crown width of 5.2 mm，a wire diameter of 1.20 mm and a leg thickness of 0.60 mm, complying with the 20GA standard. They are available in eight leg length specifications ranging from 6 mm to 25 mm (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm), meeting diverse fastening requirements for both thin sheets and thick materials. The narrow crown design and optimized thickness minimize surface damage to the workpieces while providing stable and strong holding power.
Each strip contains 100 staples, with 5,000 staples per box. Standard outer carton packaging varies by specification:
6mm, 8mm, 10mm: 40 boxes per carton
13m, 16mm: 30 boxes per carton
19mm: 24 boxes per carton
22mm, 25mm: 25mm: 20 boxes per carton
