The 80 Series U-Type Carton Staple, model 8008, is a U-shaped wire staple designed for efficient carton closing and packaging applications. It features an 8mm leg length and is constructed from steel wire with a diameter of 0.95mm. The staple crown has a shoulder breadth of 12.8mm and a material thickness of 0.65mm, contributing to its structural integrity during fastening.

This staple is compatible with heavy-duty manual or pneumatic staplers designed for U-type staples. The design facilitates secure closure of corrugated cardboard and various fiberboard materials, helping to maintain carton seal strength during handling and transit.

Packaging is configured for industrial use, with each box containing 10,000 staples. Ten boxes are assembled into a master carton, supporting high-volume operational requirements.
