10J Series Fine Wire Staples are U-shaped fasteners designed for heavy-duty fastening applications. Its U-shape enables deep penetration and firm clamping, suitable for joining various hard materials and boards of different thicknesses.
This staple features a crown width of 11.2 mm,a wire diameter of 1.20 mm, and a leg thickness of 0.60 mm, complying with the 20GA standard. It is available in nine leg lengths ranging from 4 mm to 25 mm (4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm), meeting diverse fastening needs from thin panels to thick materials. The slim leg design with proper thickness helps reduce splitting pressure on the fastened materials.
Each strip contains 100 staples, with 5,000 staples per box. Standard carton packaging varies by specification:
4 mm & 8 mm: 40 boxes per carton
10 mm & 13 mm: 30 boxes per carton
16 mm, 19 mm & 22 mm: 20 boxes per carton
25 mm: 10 boxes per carton.
