20GA 50 Series Staples

The 50 Series Fine Wire Staples are U-shaped fasteners designed for heavy-duty fastening applications. Their U-shaped structure enables deep penetration and firm fixing performance, suitable for joining various hard materials and boards of different thicknesses.

These staples feature a crown width of 12.5 mm,a wire diameter of 1.25 mm, and a leg thickness of 0.50 mm, complying with the 20GA standard. They are available in six leg length specifications ranging from 6 mm to 16 mm (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm), meeting fastening requirements for materials of various thicknesses. The wide crown design and proper thickness provide a larger contact area for secure fixing and ensure excellent fastening stability.

Each strip contains 84 staples, with 5,000 staples per box. The standard outer carton contains 20 boxes. The unified packaging specification facilitates warehouse management and bulk use.
