20GA A11 Series Staples

The A11 Series Fine Wire Staples are U-shaped fasteners designed for heavy-duty fastening applications. Their U-shaped structure enables deep penetration and firm fastening, suitable for joining various hard materials and boards of different thicknesses.

These staples feature a crown width of 10.55 mm, a wire diameter of 1.25 mm, and a leg thickness of 0.50 mm, complying with the 20GA standard. They are available in six leg length specifications ranging from 6 mm to 16 mm (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm), meeting fastening requirements for materials of various thicknesses. The wide crown design and proper thickness provide a larger contact area for fixation and ensure stable fastening performance.

Each strip contains 84 staples, with 5,000 staples per box. The standard outer carton holds 20 boxes. Unified packaging specifications facilitate warehouse management and bulk use.
