The 80 Series Deep Penetration U-Type Staple (16mm) is a U-shaped staple product designed for high-intensity fastening applications. Its U-shaped structure facilitates deep penetration and secure fastening, making it suitable for joining a variety of rigid materials.

This staple features a wire diameter of 0.95mm, a crown width of 12.8mm, a leg thickness of 0.65mm, and a leg length of 16mm. The relatively thin leg design and appropriate thickness help reduce splitting force on the fastened materials. Each box contains 10,000 pieces, and the standard master carton holds 10 boxes per case, simplifying storage and logistics management.

This model is compatible with staplers designed for this size and structure, and can be used for applications such as securing cables, mesh, and lightweight wooden components.
