888/JK555 Series Coil Staples are high-strength coil fasteners designed for automatic packaging applications. Featuring a coil-fed structure and various surface finishes, they serve as core fasteners in carton stapling, automatic packaging lines, pallet assembly and related fields.

Key Specifications

Designed in coil form, the product has precise dimensions to meet industrial requirements: 1.88mm crown width, 0.94mm thickness. It is available in leg lengths from 5/8" (15mm) to 3/4" (18mm), which can be flexibly selected based on packaging material thickness, suitable for both light carton sealing and heavy corrugated carton reinforcing.
